Hazards of non maintenance of diesel generator
1. Cooling system
If the cooling system fails, it will lead to two results: 1) the cooling effect is not good enough to make the water temperature in the unit too high and shut down; 2) The water level in the water tank will be lowered due to water leakage of the water tank, and the unit will also be unable to operate normally.
2. Fuel/gas distribution system
The increase of carbon deposition will affect the fuel injection quantity of the fuel injection nozzle to some extent, resulting in insufficient burning of the fuel injection nozzle, uneven fuel injection quantity of each cylinder of the engine, and unstable operation conditions.
3. Battery
If the battery is not maintained for a long time, the water in the electrolyte will not be compensated in time after evaporation. The battery charger is not equipped to start the battery, and the battery power will be reduced after long-term natural discharge.
